The Office of the Vice President for Research and Innovation supports the University of Oregon’s research mission by facilitating discovery and creative activity in labs, libraries and research facilities across campus in all departments. We provide a range of services that enable the research success of faculty, staff, and students — encouraging innovation and economic development through strategic partnering and technology transfer initiatives, helping faculty identify funding opportunities, and overseeing and coordinating the UO’s research proposal submissions, compliance, and contract and grant administration processes.
